named Eliza D. Dell touching her voluntary assent to the foregoing relin=
=quishment of Dower, Separate and apart from her Husband Bennett
M. Dell, whereupon She declares that She executed the same freely
and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint or appre=
=hension or fear of or from * he Husband Bennett M. Dell, or of
or from any other person whatsoever.
