This Indenture made the nineteenth day of January in the year one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four, Between John W. Burnett of Alachua
County State of Florida, of the first part, and Bennett M. Dell of the Same
place of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars lawful money of
the United States to him duly paid at and before the delivery hereof,
hath bargained and Sold, and by these presents doth grant, and convey to the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida, and which is known and described as follows, to wit, the South
East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section thirty Six, in Township
Seven, South of Range eighteen East, containing forty and 14/100 acres, also
all that portion of land lying North of a certain Branch or Stream running
through the South West Quarter of the North, West Quarter of Section thirty
one in Township Seven (7) South of Range Nineteen (19) East, containing forty
and 03/100 acres of land, together with all and Singular, the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances, and all the Estate title and interest of
the said party of the first part therein, and the Said party of the first part,
doth duly covenant and agree with the party of the Second part, that at
the time of the delivery hereof, the Said party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the premises above granted, and Seized thereof in fee Simple, absolute,
and that he will warrant and defend the above granted premises in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns forever.
         In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Seal

W. Burnett, to me well known, and acknowledged that he executed
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the purposes therein mentioned

Know all men by these presents, that I Samuel W. Burnett
of Alachua County and State of Florida, for and in consideration
of the Sum of five hundred dollars to me in hand paid by William
Dell and Elijah Barrow of said County and State, at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, Sold, conveyed, aliened,
remised, released and confirmed, and by these presents bargain, grant,
bargain, Sell, convey, alien, remise, release and confirm, unto William
Dell and Elijah Barrow, the following described lots of land
lying and situate in the Town of Newnansville Alachua County
State of Florida, and Known and described on the map of Said Town on
file in the office of the Judge of Probate of Alachua County, as follows,
to wit, lots No (4) four, and also part of lot No (3) three in block
