          No (3) three in Range No (2) two,*aid lot No (4), and said part of lot
          No (3), three being bounded as follows, to wit, commencing at the North East
          corner of said block No(3) three, and running south two hundred and ten
          (210) feet, or to the middle of the block, thence west one hundred and thirty
          (130) feet, thence North two hundred and (210) feet and thence to the
          place of beginning, all in the Town of Newnansville as per plat of said Town
          on file in the office of Judge of probate of Alachua County, with all the 
          appurtenances, and all the claims, right, title, interest, and demand of me
          the said Samuel W. Burnett in and to the premises, to have and hold the
          same with the appurtenances unto the said William Dell, and Elijah Barrow,
          their heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple,  and I the said Samuel W.
          Burnett for my self, and my heirs, Executors and administrators, do hereby covenant
          grant and agree to and with William Dell and Elijah Barrow that I
          am now the owner of said premises, and that I am seized of a good indefeaseable
          Estate of inheritance therein, and that I have full right and power to sell
          and convey, the same in fee simple absolute, that the said William Dell and
          Elijah Barrow and their heirs and assigns, may forever hereafter have, hold,
          occupy, possess, and enjoy the same without any let suit molestation,
          trouble, or eviction, by any person whatsoever, lawfully claiming any
          right therein; and that I the said Samuel W. Burnett and all persons
          hereafter claiming under me, will at any time hereafter at the request
          and expense of the said William Dell and Elijah Barrow their heirs or
          assigns, make all such further and other assurances, for the more effective
          conveying of the said premises with the appurtenances, as may be required
          by him or them, and that I the said Samuel W. Burnett will and my
          heirs, Executors, and Administrators, Shall and warrant and forever defend
          to the said William Dell and Elijah Barrow their heirs and assigns,
          the right and title to the premises hereby granted and conveyed, against
          the claim of all persons claiming or to claim by through or under
          me and against the claim of all persons whatsoever.
                  IN WITNESS whereof , I the said Saml W. Burnett have
          hereunto set my hand and seal, this twentieth day of January 1853

          Know all men by the presents that I Ruth Ann Burnett the
          wife of Saml W. Burnett the grantor of the foregoing Deed, for
          and in consideration of the premises in said Deed recited, and in
          further consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand paid by
          William Dell and Elijah Barrow, at and before the sealing and delivery
          of these presents do hereby renounce, release, relinquish and forever quit
          claim unto the said William and Elijah Barrow, and to their heirs
          and assigns all my right, claim, and equity of Dower in and to
          premises by said Deed conveyed, as fully and absolutely as I might
          could do the same           Witness my hand and seal this 21st day
