Alachua County   }  Before me Robt Youngblood Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County, Eastern Circuit of Florida, personally came
John W. Burnett to me well known, and acknowledged that he executed
the foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purposes therein mentioned

Know all men by these presents, that I William Adams of
Alachua County and State of Florida in consideration of two thousand
dollars paid to me by John M. Miller of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby give, grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the Said John M.
Miller, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land,
with the buildings thereon, and all the privileges, and appurtenances to
the same belonging, Situated in said County and bounded and described
as follows, to wit, Section No thirty five in Township nine in Range
twenty one in the Arredondo Grant, containing Six hundred and
forty acres, to have and to hold the above granted premises, to the
said John M. Miller, his heirs and assigns, to him and their use and
behoof for ever, and I the Said William, for my Self, and my heirs,
Executors, and Administrators, do covenant with the Said John M.
Miller, his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully Seized in fee Simple
of the aforegranted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that
I have good right to Sell and convey the same to the Said John M.
Miller, his heirs and assigns, forever as aforesaid, and that I will, and
my heirs, Executors and Administrators, Shall warrant and defend the
Same, to the said John M. Miller, his heirs, and assigns for ever,
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
        In Witness Whereof, I the said William Adams have here=
=unto Set my hand and seal, this the 29th day of December A.D. 1853
