And I the Said George W. Sanchez administrator as aforesaid
do Covenant to and with the Said James G. Dell his heirs and
assigns that in the Sale of the above Premises I have in all
things complied with, and observed the rules directions and
requirements of the law in regard to the Selling of the real
Estate of intestates
