                    Know men by these presents, that I Henry
Bauknight & wife Mary Magdalen Bauknight of the County and
State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
dollars to us paid by Elias Bauknight of the County and State aforesaid,
the receipt we do hereby acknowledge, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, Sell, and release unto the Said Elias Bauknight, his heirs, and
assigns for ever, Sixty two acres of land taken out of Section (32) Town=
=ship (11) Range (20) taken off the North East part of the Said Section
Commencing at the Corner North running South 52. CH Corner on a Stake
then West 6 CH 50 links, then North West 17 degrees back to the
North West line, then East on Said line to the first named corner,
17 C.H. 50 links, being and lying in the County and State aforesaid,
being part of Arredondo grant,  together all & Singular the 
rights, numbers, hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same or in any wise
nicedant, to have and to hold all & singular the premises & boundary afore=
=Said, mentioned, unto the Said Elias Bauknight, his heirs and assigns for ever
and we do hereby bind our Selves, our heirs, Executors and assigns for ever
and for ever defend the aforesaid premsises & boundary, against our Selves,
our heirs, Executors and assigns, and against all other persons & persons lawfully 
claiming the Same, or any part thereof.
          In Witness whereunto we have set our hands & Seals, the twenty
first February one thousand eight hundred and fifty three.

do hereby certify that Henry Bauknight and Mary his wife Mary M.
Bauknight both parties to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, both being
well known to me, appeared before me and acknowledged that they both
had executed the within instrument of writing for the use and purposes
herein Mentioned.
