                     I Theodore Bailey Myers a Commissioner, appointed
by the Governor of the State of Florida in and for the State of New York to admin=
=ister oaths and take the proof & acknowledgment of Deeds and other instruments
to be used and recorded in Florida & as such duly commissioned & same & dwelling in
City of New York, do hereby certify that Marvin Strong whose name is Subscribed
to the foregoing certificate, was on the day of the date thereof, Clerk of the County of
Schenectady, that I am well acquainted with the hand writing of Said Strong, and
that the Said Signature of the Said Certificate is genuine, and further that the foregoing
conveyance is executed according to the laws of this State.
   In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto Set my hand & affixed my official
Seal at the City of New York this 24th day of March A.D. 1853.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the thirty first day 
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty 
four, Between John S. Livingston, and Susan Livingston his wife
of the County of Putnam, State aforesaid of the first part, and 
John H. Stokes of the Vilage of Micanopy, State and County aforesaid,
of the Second part, Witnesseth, that, for and in consideration of the 
Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid at and
before the Sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby ack=
=nowledged, the Said parties of the first hath bargained, Sold, given,
granted, and conveyed, and by these presents doth so bargain, Sell,
give, grant and convey unto the Said party of the second part, 
all that certain hereditament, lot or parcel of land lying and being Situate
in the Vilage of Micanopy State and County aforesaid, Known and
described as follows, that is to say, beginning at the Street known as
Hunter Street, at the North East Corner of enclosed lot of the
parties of the parties of the first part, thence South two chains

and (27) links, to the parsonage land, thence East along the^line
dividing the lands of the parties of the first part, from the parsonage
land two chains and (27) links, thence North two chains and (27)
links to Hunter Street, thence West along Said above named Street
to the place of beginning, containing half an acre more or less, 
to have and to hold the aforegranted premises with all and Singular
the appurtenances, and all the Estate, title and interest of the said 
parties of the first part therein or to the Same in any wise belonging,
with the Said party of the Second part in fee Simple for ever, and
the Said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the
Said party of the Second part, that at the time of the delivery of these
presents, the Said parties of the first part is the lawful owner of the
premises above granted, that they are Seized thereof in fee Simple ab=
=solute, and that they will, and their heirs, Executors and administrators
