Shall warrant and defend the above granted premises in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the Said party of the first part, his heirs
and assigns for ever. And in accordance with a decree of Court, this convey=
=ance is expressly made by the Said parties of the first part, and accepted
by Said party of the Second part, with the following conditions attaching
thereunto in perpetuity for ever, that is to Say, that no whisky Shop, or
other place for vending ardent Spirits Shall ever be kept on Said premises,
or any part thereof, and in case of a violation of this condition the premises
upon which the same are held, and the conveyance of any portion of the
premises which Shall be so used Shall be null, and Shall be forfeited to
the last vendor.
              In Witness Whereof, the parties of the first part, hath
hereunto set their hand and Seals affixed their Seals, the day and year first

of the peace in and for the County aforesaid, John S. Livingston and Susan
Livingston wife of the Said John S. Livingston, who acknowledged that execu=
=ted the foregoing instrument of writing for the purposes therein Set forth
   Witness my hand on this thirty first day of January A.D. 1854

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this 12th day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
Between George L. Brown and Matilda S. Brown his wife of the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid, parties of the first part
& John W. Low of Columbia County State aforesaid, party of the
Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred & fifty dollars
lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the
Said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof at & before the
sealing & delivery of these presents, is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, Sold, aliened, conveyed and released, remised and confirmed,
& by the presents do grant, bargain, & Sell, Alien, convey, release,
remise & confirm unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns for ever, all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the Town of Newnansville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and Known and described as follows to wit,
the East half of lot No one (1) of Block No one (1) of Range
