No (1) & also lot No two (2) 0f Block No. 1 of Range No. one of
the Town of Newnansville, as per plat of said Town on file in the office of
the Judge of probate of Alachua County, EXCEPT fifty eight feet, on
the North side of the said lots No. one & two (1&2) fronting the Street on which
George L. Browns Store Stands, with all the appurtenances & all the rights, title,
Dower or claim of the said party of the first part, or of either of them in and to
the said premises, to have and to to hold the same with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs in fee simple forever, And the said
parties of the first part, for them selves & their heirs do hereby covenant or agree
to and with the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns, that they the
said parties of the first part, are now the owners of the said premises & are seized of a
good indefeaseable Estate of inheritance thereon, have, hold, occupy, possess & enjoy
power to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute, that the said premises
are free and clear of all encumbrances, that the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns, may for ever hereafter have, hold, occupy, possess & enjoy
the same without any suit molestation or interuption by any person whatsoever
lawfully claiming any right thereon; and that the said parties of the first part,
and all persons hereafter claiming under them will at any time hereafter at
the request & expense of the said party of the second part, his heirs or assigns
make all such further assureances for the more effectual conveyance of the said
premises with the appurtenances as may be reasonally required by him or them,
and that the said parties of the first part, & their heirs will warrant & defend
the said premises to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for

Alachua County ) Personally appeared before me the undersigned a Justice of
the peace in and for said County, Mrs Matilda S. Brown, to me well known,
to be the same person who executed the foregoing Deed, & the said Matilda
S. Brown being examined by me separate and apart from her Husband,
acknowledged that she had executed the same for the purposes therein mentioned
and that the same was executed freely and voluntarily upon her part & without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear of, or from her said Husband
