          Sparkman of the County of Putnam State of Florida, for and in consid-
          ation of the sum of thirty three hundred and thirty five dollars to me in
          hand paid have granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents do grant,

          Florida, containing one hundred and sixty four acres and 80/100 of an
          acre, the fractional Section eleven in Township nine, of Range twenty
          two, in the District of lands subject to sale at Newnansville Florida,
          containing twenty four acres and 69/100 of an acre, with all the appurtenances,
          and rights, title, interest, claim and demands of, or to the premis-
          es, to have and to hold the same with the appurtenances unto the said
          Muco Boulware, and his heirs in fee simple for ever, and I the said
          James M. Sparkman, for myself and my heirs, do hereby covenant
          and agree to and with the same Muco Boulware, and his heirs and assigns,
