Said premises are free and clear form all incumbrances, that the Said
Musco Boulware, his heirs and assigns for ever hereafter have, hold, possess,
                            Said 
and enjoy the same without my^molestation or interuption by any person
whatever, lawfully claiming any right therein, and that I the Said James
M. Sparkman, and all persons hereafter claiming under me, will at any
time hereafter, at the request and expence of the Said Musco Boulware, his
heirs and assigns, make all Such further assurances for the more effectual
conveying of the Said premises with the appurtenances as may be reasonably
required of him or them. And that I the Said James M. Sparkman, and my
heirs will warrant and defend the Said premises, with the appurtenances, unto
the Said Musco Boulware, and his heirs and assigns for ever.
    In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto Set my hand and seal
this 27th day of December A.D. 1853

Alachua County   } Know all men by these present that I Siny Sparkman
wife of the within named James M. Sparkman, for and in consideration of
the sum of one dollar to her in hand paid by the within named Musco
Boulware, do hereby relinquish and renounce all my Dower and right and
title to Dower, in and to the premises mentioned in the within Indenture
to the said Musco Boulware, and I do hereby acknowledge that the Said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower is made freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear of, or from the
within named James M. Sparkman, taken and acknowledged by the Said
