          Molestation, trouble or eviction, by any person whatsoever lawfully
          claiming any right therein, and that I the said George M. Galpin
          and all persons hereafter claiming under me will at any time hereafter
          at the request and expense of the said Samuel Lasseter, his heirs,
          or assigns, make all such all such futher and other assurances futher
          more effectual conveying ofthe said premises, with the appurtenances as
          may be required by him or them, and that the said George M. Galpin
          will and my heirs, Executors and administrators shall warrant and for
          ever defend to the said Samuel Lasseter, his heirs and assigns, the
          right and title to the premises hereby granted and conveyed, against the
          claim of all persons claiming or to claim, by, by through or under me, and
          against the claim of all persons whatsoever,
                     IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I the said George M. Galpin have
          hereunto set my hand and seal, this 11th day of August 1853

               Know all men by thesr presents that I Hannah E. Galpin
          the wife of George M. Galpin, the grantor of the foregoing Deed, for
          and in consideration of the premises in said deed recited, and in further
          consideration of the sum of five dollars to me paid by G. Samuel
          Lasseter, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
          do hereby renounce, release, and for ever quit claim unto the said
          Samuel Lasseter, and to his heirs and assigns, all my right,
          claim and equity of Dower in and to the premises by said Deed
          conveyed, as fully and absolute as I might or could do the same
                  Witness my hand seal this 11th day August 1853

            Alachua County  ) personally appeared before the Subscriber a
          Justice of the Peace in and for said County Mrs. Hanna E.
          Galpin to me well known to be the person who executed the
          above relinquishment of Dower, and she being by me examined separate
          and apart from her husband, declared that she had executed the
          same freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
          apprehension, or fear of, or from her said husband 
                      Witnss my hand and seal this 11th day of August 1858
