Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we, John
McKinstry, W.J. Turner, John Little & John Lewis of the parsonage land,
situated, lying and being in the Town of Micanopy, in the County and State afore=
=said, of the first part, do hereby bargain, Sell, release and convey to the Said Joseph
Ferguson, of the State and County aforesaid of the second part, a certain tract or
parcel of land containing one fourth (1/4) acre of land, more or less, known as lot
No (3) three according to the survey of said Parsonage land, for the sum of forty dollars
to us in hand paid, at and before the delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged; and we, the said Trustees do sell, and the said
Joseph Ferguson, doth receive said tract of parcel of land, upon the following
conditions, to wit, that Should the Said purchaser, his heirs or assigns, sell,
or Suffer to be Sold on Said lot, ardent Spirits of any kind, the said parcel of
land Shall revert to the last vender, who shall reenter thereon, and so on in
perpetuity, Furthermore, Should the said purchaser comply with the above
named condition, we, the said Trustees will warrant and forever defend the title
to the Said tract or parcel of land to him and his heirs forever.
In Witness Whereof, we hereunto set our hands and affix our seals
this twenty seventh day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand
