the authority invested in us as aforesaid, and in consideration as
aforesaid, have granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents
do grant, bargain and sell unto the Joel B. Smith, and to
his heirs and assigns for ever, the said above described tract,
of land and each and every of them, with the appurtenances of
each and every of them, and all the estate right, title, and
interest which said parties of to the said cause in partition,
and each and every of them had on the said twenty first day
of February aforesaid, or at any time since, or now hath,
To have and to hold the Said land and premises, and every
part thereof with the appurtenances, unto the said
Joel B. Smith his heirs and assigns forever, as fully
and absolutely as we the said parties of the first part, as
Commissioners aforesaid, and under the authority aforesaid,
Might, Could, or ought to sell and convey the same

State of Florida, do hereby certify, that Morton Payne, George R.
Fairbanks, and William A. Forward Severally Signed in my presence
the within Instrument of writing, and acknowledged the same to
be their Joint act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned,
And I further certify, that the said George Morton Payne, George
R. Fairbanks, and William A. Forward, are the Commissioners
duly appointed and fully authorised by the Court, to execute titles
to the respective purchasers of the lands sold under the decree rela=
=ting the Arredondo Grant.
