witnesses to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and being Sworn Says
that the said Richard F. Floyd whose named is Subscribed thereto, Signed,
Sealed and delivered the said Deed to the said Peter Arnow in the
presence of him the said F.C. Humphreys, Geo L. Zhenbaur, and that
that he, and the said Zhenbaur Severally Subscribed their names
thereto as Witnesses

Marion County } This Indenture made the twenty fourth
day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four, and in the Seventy ninth year of the
Independence of the United States of America, Between
Cotton Rawls of said County of the first part, Martha
Rawls wife of the Said Cotton Rawls, of the Second part, and
John F. McDonell of the same place of the third part;
Witnesseth that the said Cotton Rawls for and in consid=
=eration of the Sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained
Sold, aliened, conveyed, confirmed and delivered, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, Sell, alien, confirm convey, confirm and
deliver unto the said John F. McDonell, his heirs and assigns,
all that certain portion of land lying North of the line dividing
the Counties of Marion and Alachua, being the South West Quarter
of Section Number four, Township twelve, Range nineteen of the
Arredondo Grant Survey. To Have and To Hold the said
lands with all and Singular the rights, members, and appurtenances
thereof whatsoever, to the said lands being, belonging, or in
anywise appertaining, with the remainder and remainders,
reversion and reversions, rents, issues, and profits thereof, to
the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said John
F. McDonell, his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns
in fee Simple, and the Said Cotton Rawls for himself, his
heirs, Executors, and Administrators, that he is lawfully seized
in fee of the aforegranted premises, that they are free from all
incumbrances, and that they have good right to sell and convey
the same to the said John F. McDonell as aforesaid, and
that he will, and his heirs, Executors and Administrators, Shall
warrant and defend the Same, and every part thereof to
the Said John F. McDonell, his heirs and assigns forever,
against the lawful demands of all persons by virtue of
of these presents. And the said Martha Rawls for and
