in consideration of the sum of one dollar to her paid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno=

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents, we Joseph
Everitt, and Gracy Everitt wife of the said Joseph Everitt, of
Wacahoota in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida aforesaid,
for and consideration of the sum of Six hundred dollars to us in
hand paid by John F. McDonell of Alachua County in the State
aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto John F. McDonell
all that tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua County in
the State aforesaid, and known in plan of the Arredondo Survey
as the North portion of Section five, Township Twelve, Range Nineteen
containing three hundred and seventy seven acres more or less, together
with all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments and appurte=
=nances to the said premises belonging or in any wise incident or
appertaining. To Have and To Hold all and Singular the premises
before mentioned unto the said John F. McDonell, his heirs and
