said John F. McDonell, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Hath
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these pres=
=ents, do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
John F. McDonell, his heirs and assigns all that certain parcel or
tract of land situated lying and being in said Alachua County, and
more particularly known and described as follows, that is to say, Section
number thirty two, Township eleven Range nineteen, containing six
hundred and thirty two and sixty hundredths acres more or less, also the
North East Quarter of Section six, Township eleven, Range nineteen,
containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less, also the North
West Quarter of section number four, Township twelve, Range
nineteen, containing one and sixty acres more or less, also all that
portion of land lying North of the line dividing the County of Alachua
and Marion, of the South West Quarter Section number four, Town=
=ship twelve, Range Nineteen containing twenty five acres more
or less, also, all that portion of land lying North of the line
dividing the said counties, of section five Township, Range Nineteen
containing Three hundred and seventy seven acres more or less, all
which is known and described in plan of the Arredondo Survey.
To have and To hold the said lands with all and singular the
rights, members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said lands
being belonging or in any wise appertaining, with the remainder and
remainders, reversion and reversions, rents, issues, and profits thereof,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said John F.
McDonell, his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns in fee
simple, and the said James S. Brice and Christopher S. Brice,
for them selves their heirs, Executors and administrators, doth
covenant with the said John F. McDonell, his heirs, Executors
and administrators, that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
afore granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
and that they have good right to sell and convey the same to
the said John F. McDowell as aforesaid, and that they will and
their heirs, Executors and administrators, shall warrant and
defend the same and every part thereof to the said John F.
McDonell his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful
demands of all persons by virtue of these presents.
   It is nevertheless understood and agreed, and the
condition of these presents are such, that if that said James
S. Brice and Christopher S. Brice, or either of them or
their heirs, Executors or administrators shall pay or cause
to be paid unto the said John F. McDonell, his heirs,
Executors or administrators, the sum of twelve thousand
seven hundred and fifty five dollars, with the interest
of six per cent thereon in the manner & at the times hereafter
expressed and defined that is to say, the sum of four thousand
at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the further sum of four thousand
five hundred dollars on the first day of January which will
be in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
five, with the interest of six per cent calculated from the first
day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty four and 
the further sum of four thousand two hundred and fifty five
dollars, on the first day of January, which will be in the

I John F. McDonell release relinquish and make
void the within mortgage dated the fifth day of January
1854 for two notes for eight thousand and seven hundred and 
fifty five dollars in full payment of the within mortgage
