Know all men by these presents, that whereas William Standly, late
of Alachua County & State of Florida, the Brother in law of the under=
=Signed Isaiah Floyd deceased, on the 2nd day of September 1852, in
the County and State and State aforesaid, leaving certain real and
personal property, belonging to  him the said William Standly which
is to be divided among the heirs at law of the said William Standly which
according to the provisions of the Statute relative to the distribution of
the Estate of intestates, and whereas Thomas J. Prevatt has been
Administrator of the real Estate, goods and chattles, rights and
credits, which were of the said William Standly deceased, Now therefore
I, the undersigned Isaiah Floyd, Brother in law of the said William
Standly deceased, have made, constituted, and appointed Henry
Bradford of the Town of Newnansville, County and State
aforesaid, my true and lawful attorney, for use, and in my place
and Stead, and for my use and benefit to ask, demand and
receive, of and from the said Thomas J. Prevatt, the distributive
Share of the real and personal Estate of the said William Standly
                        the 
deceased, coming to me in^right of my wife Maria Floyd, Sister
                           deceased 
to the said William Standly,^as one of the heirs at law of the
of the said William Standly deceased, as aforesaid, and upon receipt
thereof, by, or payment thereof to my said attorney, to make execute,
and deliver good and suficient receipts, release, or discharge for
the same, freely ratifying, confirming, and allowing whatsoever
my said Attorney Shall lawfully do in the premises;

State of Florida, personally came Swepson Whitehead, one of
the Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing,
and to me well Known, and being sworn according to law,
