Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this 11th
day of March AD Eighteen hundred and fifty four, Between Benjamin
D. White of the County of Houston, and State of Georgia of the
first part and George W. Sanchez of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
B.D. White for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred
and twenty (1120) dollars, to him in hand paid at and before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained, granted, sold and conveyed and
does by these presents bargain, grant, Sell, and convey unto the
said G.W. Sanchez all that tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
and known in the plans of Survey as the South East Quarter
of the North West Quarter, and lots No. three (3) and four (4)
of Section twenty six (26) in Township eight (8) south of Range
eighteen (18) East, containing in all one hundred and sixty eight
(168) acres, more or less, together with all the rights, members and
appurtinances, thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining to
the same To Have and to Hold the said bargained premises
unto the said G.W. Sanchez, his heirs and assigns, for his and
their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever, and the
said B.D. White, for himself, his heirs, Executors and adminis=
=trators, will warrant and forever defend the rights and titles of
the said bargained premises, to the said G.W. Sanchez, his heirs
and assigns, against all lawful claim or claims.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, that I Mary
White, wife of Benjamin D. White, who made and executed the fore=
=going Deed of conveyance, for and in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to me in hand paid by G.W. Sanchez, at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do release and relinquish unto the said G.W. Sanchez
his heirs and assigns, all my right, title or claim of third or
Dowery in to, or for a certain tract or parcel of land described
in said Deed of conveyance, In Witness Whereof, I have
hereunto set my hand and seal, this 11th day of March 1854
