examination of the above named Mary White, in regard to her voluntary
assent to the foregoing relinquishment of Dower separate and apart from her
Husband Benjamin D. White, whereupon she declared that she executed the
same freely, and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, restraint, appre=
=hension, or fear of her Husband, or any other person whatever

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this
eleventh of March A.D. Eighteen hundred and fifty four, Between
Mary White of the County of Houston, and State of Georgia,
of the first part, and George W. Sanchez of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, of the Second part, Witnesseth that
the said Mary White for and in consideration of the sum of
seven hundred and eighty, (780) dollars, to her in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, granted
sold, and conveyed, and by these presents bargain, grant, sell,
and convey, unto the said G.W. Sanchez, all that tract or
parcel of land, Situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, and known in the plan
of survey, as the North half of the North East Quarter, and
the North East Quarter of North West Quarter of section thirty
five (35) in Township eight (8) south of Range eighteen (18) East
containing in all one hundred and twenty (120) acres, more or less,
together with all and Singular the rights, members, and appur=
=tenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining to the
same. To have and To hold the said bargained premises,
unto the said G.W. Sanchez, his heirs and assigns, for his
and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever and
the said Mary White, for her self, her heirs, Executors, Admin=
=istrators, and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the rights
and titles of the said bargained premises, to the said G.W.
Sanchez, his heirs and assigns, against all lawful claim
or claims.  In Witness whereof she has hereunto set
her hand and seal, the day and date above written
