of ordinary in and for said District of Kershaw in the said State
of South Carolina, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a correct and true
copy of the last will and Testament of Ellen Chesnut the original of
which has been only admitted to probate according to the laws of the said
State of South Carolina, and which is on file and of record in this
office, I do hereby certify that I am the Judge of the said court
that the same has no prothonotary or clerk, that I am the keeper of the
Seal thereof and that the seal hereunto affixed is the seal of said Court
               Witness my hand and the seal of seal of said court this
twenty eighth day of March of in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty four.

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that we
Elijah Barrow and Belinda Barrow his wife, and Mary
Walker have this day for & in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid by David J. Ridought
do bargain, sell, grant and demise, unto the said David J.
Ridought, his heirs and assigns, the following real estate, to wit,
South East Quarter of the North East Qtr of Section Eleven in
Township eight S. Range eighteen E. containing thirty nine acres &
eighty seven hundreths, the said David J. Ridought, his heirs and
assigns, to have and to hold the said lands to their own proper use
and benefit forever and the said Elijah Barrow & Mary Walker
for our selves, and heirs and assigns, to forever warrant and defend
