Donald R. McDonnell covenant promise and agree to and with the
said George R. Dewson his heirs and assigns the titles to the said lot forever

of the County of Alachua Eastern Judicial Circuit of Florida, personally
came T.A. McDonnell and acknowledge that he with D.R. McDonnell
signed sealed and delivered the foregoing instrument of writing for the purposes therein expressed

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 22nd day of February
in the of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four, and in
the 78th year of the Independence of the United States of America,
Between Moses E. Levy proprietor of St Johns Co. and Serafina Chaviteau
of Paris, & Joseph DeLevante of London Eq, Mortgagees, of the one part,
and Edward L. King of this County of the other part, Witnesseth that the
said Moses E. Levy for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confirm unto the
said E.L. King his heirs and assigns two Sections of land situated
in the Arredondo Grant, to say Section thirty four Range twenty
one, and Section three Township ten Range twenty one. To Have
and To hold the two sections of land with all and singular the
rights, members, and appurtenances thereof whatsoever, to the
said Edward L. King being, belonging, or in any wise appertaining
with the remainder and remainders, reversion and reversions, rents, issues,
and profits thereof, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said Edward L. King his heirs, Executors and administrators, and
assigns, in fee simple; and the said Moses E. Levy, for him self, his heirs,
Executors, and administrators, do covenant with the said Ed L. King
his heirs, Executors, and administrators, that he is lawfully seized in fee
of the afore granted premises; that they are free from all incumbrances;
that he hath good right to sell and convey the same to the said
E.L. King as aforesaid, and that will, and his heirs, Executors, and
Administrators, shall warrant and defend the same, and every part
thereof, to the said E.L. King, his heir and assigns, forever, against the
