personally appeared Moses E. Levy who acknowledges the Execution of
of the within indenture, for himself and others, for the
purposes therein set forth

County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that we
John R. Hague and Sarrah Ann his wife of the County and State
aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars
to us in hand paid, have bargained, granted, and sold, and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto George L. Brown
as Trustee for Martha Hague and Frances P. Hague of the said
County and State all that certain parcel of land situate in the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid and described as follows 
vis; the West half of fractional section three (3) in Township
nine (9) South of Range nineteen East(19) East containing forty
eight and 95/100 acres, with all the all the appurtenances, and all the
right, title, interest claim and demand of us or either of us or either
either of us in the premises; to have and to hold the same
with the appurtenances unto the said Martha Hague and Frances
P. Hague and their heirs in fee simple forever, and I the said John
R. Hague for my self, and my heirs, do covenant and agree to and
with the said Martha Hague, and Frances P. Hague, and their heirs
and assigns forever, that I am now the owner of the aforementioned 
mentioned premises and am seized of a good and indeasable indefeasible
Estate of inheritance therein, and that I have full power to
sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute that the
said premises are free and clear of all incumbrances; that the said
Martha Hague and Frances P. Hague, their heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have, hold, possess and occupy enjoy the
same without any suit, molestation or interruption by any person
whatever lawfully claiming any right therein and that I the
said John R. Hague and my heirs will warrant and defend the
