Justice of the peace in and for the County and State aforesaid, Sarah Ann
Hague, who is to me well known, and acknowledged that She executed the foregoing
Bill of Sale, and relinquishment of Dower freely and voluntarily, and without any
constraint, compulsion, or apprehension of of fear fromof her Said Husband.

Know all men by these presents that I John D.A. Weimer of
Alachua County and State of Florida, in consideration of the
Sum of five hundred dollars to me paid by William B. Wimberly
of the County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted bargained, and sold, and by these pres=
=ents do grant, bargain, and Sell unto the Said William B. Wimberly the
following articles of personal property, to wit; two Horses, one Buggy,
one waggon, and thirteen head of cattle, to have and to hold
all and Singular the Said goods and Chattles above Specified unto the
Said William B. Wimberly, his Executors, Administrators, and assigns, to
his and their sole use for ever, And I the said John D.A. Weimer for
myself, my Executors, and Administrators, do covenant to and with the Said
William B. Wimberly, his Executors, Administrators, and assigns, that
I am lawfully possessed of the said above described goods and Chattles
as of my own property, that the Same are free from all encumbrances,
and that I will, and my Executors, Administrators, and assigns Shall
warrant and defend the same to the Said William B. Wimberly his Execu=
=tors, Administrators, assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons, Provided nevertheless, that, if the said John D.A.
Weimer his Executors or Administrators, Shall well and truly pay unto
the Said William B. Wimberly, his Executors, Administrators, and assigns,
his certain promissory note bearing even date herewith given to the
Said party of the second part, for the Sum of five hundred dollars, according
to the tenor and effect of said note, then this conveyance Shall be void,
otherwise to remain in full force and effect, and provided also, that,
until default by the said John D.A. Weimer his Executors, or Admin
=istrators, in the performance of the condition aforesaid, it shall and may
be lawful for him of them to keep possession of the Said granted prop
=erty and to use and enjoy the same; but if the Same or any part thereof |
