for the County of Alachua personally Appeared Asa Clark
to me well known and acknowledged that he Signed and
executed the foregoing Deed of Gift for the purposes therein
expressed

Charles L. Wilson Shff &c To Bennet M. Dell

  This Indenture made this Eight day of June in the year
of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty two: between Charles
L. Wilson Sheriff and ex officio Tax collector of Alachua County State
of Florida of the first part: and Bennett M. Dell of Said County and
State of the Second part: Witnesseth: that Whereas the Said Charles
L. Wilson Sheriff and ex officio Tax Collector as aforesaid, did
on the Second day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and Fifty one offer for Sale at Public Auction in
the Town of Newnansville the following described property to wit,
The undivided interest of the heirs of William Garvin deceased
in and to a certain tract or Land granted to the Said William Garvin
by the Spanish Government on the 26th day of November 1817 which
Said tract of land is situated on Sections Number Nine, fifteen
Sixteen, Twenty One, and Twenty two of Township Eight South of
Range Eighteen East and contains one thousand acres. Said
undivided interest in the Said tract being Sold after due adver=
=tisement in the manner prescribed by law in Such cases for
the purpose of raising an amt of Revenue money from the Sale thereof
Sufficient to pay the State and County Taxes due from the owner
or owners thereof to the State of Florida and County of Alachua
