shall attached at any time before payment &c by any other creditors or
creditor of the said John D.A. Weimer, or if the said John D.A.
Weimer, shall attempt to sell the same, or any part thereof, without
notice to the said William B. Wimberly, his Executors, administrators or
                    his 
assigns, and without^their consent assent to such sale in writing expressed,
then it shall be lawful for the said William B. Wimberly, his Executors,
administrators, or assigns to take immediate possession of the whole of
the said grantee property to his and their own use.
   In testimony whereof, I the said John D.A. Weimer have
hereunto set my hand and seal, this 20th day of April in year 1854

peace in and for said County, personally came John D.A. Weimer to
me well known, and acknowledged that he executed the foregoing
Instrument of writing for the purposes therein expressed.

       This Indenture made the fifteenth day of March in
the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty two. Between
David Henry Haight of the City County and State of New York,
party of the first part, and Alexander Eveins of Alachua
County in the State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred 00/100 dollars lawful
money of the United States of America, to me in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed and
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,

convey and confirm unto the^party of the second part, and to
his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece parcel or lot
of land, situate lying and being in the tract of land known
as the Arredondo Grant, known as section (33) thirty three
Township (11) Eleven, south of Range (21) twenty one East,
containing six hundred and forty acres of land and water, being a
portion of certain lands in said grant, which by the final decree
of partition thereof bearing date August 11th 1849 were decreed to
Peter I. Nevens as assignee and Heirs of Jaromus Johnson and were
conveyed by the Nevens and the said heirs of Johnson & N. Wells
N. Wells to me by Deed dated the 2d day of April A.D. eighteen
hundred and forty nine, and duly recorded. Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
