the Arredondo Grant, To have and to hold the Said
P.B.H. Dudley, with all and Singular the rights, members, and
appurtenances thereof whatsoever, to the Said P.B.H. Dudley, being
belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder and remainders,
reversion and reversions, rents, issues, and profits thereof, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the Said P.B.H. Dudley
his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns in fee Simple, and
the said Cornelius Rain for his heirs, Executors, and Administrators,
do covenant with the said P.B.H. Dudley, his heirs, Executors and
Administrators, that he is lawfully Seized in fee of the afore granted
premises, that they are free from all encumbrances, that he has
good right to Sell and convey the Same to the Said P.B.H. Dudley as
aforesaid, and that he will and his heirs, executors, and Administrators
Shall warrant and defend the same and every part thereof to
the said P.B.H. Dudley, his heirs and assigns for ever, against
the lawful demands of all persons by virtue of these presents,

=eration of the premises in Said Deed recited, and in further consideration
of the Sum, of one dollar to me paid by P.B.H. Dudley, the receipt
whereof before the Sealing and delivery of these presents is hereby ack=
=nowledged, do renounce, release, and relinquish unto the Said
P.B.H. Dudley all my right, claim or Equity of Dower in and
to the premis by Sad Deed conveyed as fully, and absolutely, as I
might, or could in any way do the Same

M.B. Rain to me well known to be the person who
executed the foregoing relinquishment of Dower, and She being
by me examined Seperate and apart from her Husband, acknow
=ledged, and declared that She had executed the same freely, and
voluntarily upon her own part, and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of, or from her Said Husband,
