Said party of the second part, the payment of the same bond,
or writing obligatory according to the true intent and meaning
thereof, as also in consideration of the Sum of five dollars by
the said party of the Second part to me in hand paid, at
and before the ensealing of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the said party of the first part, hath
bargained, Sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain,
Sell and deliver, unto the said party of the Second part, all
that tract or parcel of land, Situate in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, and described as the South West Quarter
of the North East Quarter, of Section No. three (3) in Township
No eight (8) S. of Range No twenty (20) East, containing forty
and 11/100 acres, with all the appurtenances, and all the right,
title, interest and demand of use in the premises, to have
and to hold the same, with all the appurtenances, and
hereditaments thereunto belonging unto the said party
of the second part, his executors, administrators, and assigns
forever, provided, and these presents are upon this express
that if the said party of the first part, their Executors or
Administrators, Shall well and truly pay unto the said
party of the second part, his certain attorney, Executors,
Administrators, or assigns, the said Sum of money mentioned
in the conditions of the bond, or said writing obligatory
with the interest thereon, then as well this present Indenture,
as the Estate herein conveyed, Shall cease, determine, and
be null and void, else to remain in full force and
virtue In Testimony whereof, I have, the party of
