  Know all men by these presents, that I Susan Hennes
wife of the within named John D. Hennes, do hereby relinquish my
my right of Dower in certain plantation or parcel of land
conveyed by the foregoing Indenture to John B. Davis.

   This Indenture made this 25th day of March in the
year one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, between
Charles A.M. Mitchel Special Master in Chancery residing
in Ocala, Marion County, State of Florida, of the first
part, and James T. Thomas of Alachua County State afore=
-Said, of the second part: Whereas at the November, in the year
eighteen hundred and forty nine, of the Circuit Court of
the Eastern Circuit of, of the State aforesaid, Sitting the
County of St. Johns, it was, among other things, ordered,
adjudged, and decreed, by the said Court, in a cause then
depending in Chancery, between Peter Bennett, Adminis=
=trator Francis P. Sanchez, Decd, for the use Aaron Freedlander,
