tract or parcel of land known and described on the map of the
said Arredondo Grant, in the survey of said Burr and Henry
Washington, in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty five
as Section Thirty six, township nine, Range nineteen, and Section,
Township Ten, Range Nineteen, that is to say East half & south
west quarter of section two, together with all and singular the right,
members, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold all
and singular the said premises above mentioned and described, and hereby
granted and conveyed, or intended to be so with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, and assigns, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof, of the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, the said Charles A.M. Mitchel, Special
Master in Chancery, as aforesaid, hath hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and year first above written.

This Indenture made this 25th day of March in the year
one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, between Charles
A.M. Mitchel, Special Master, in Chancery, residing in Ocala,
Marion County, State of Florida, of the first part, and
Josiah Seckinger of Alachua County, State aforesaid, of
the second part; whereas at the November Term, of in the
year eighteen hundred and forty nine, of the Circuit Court
of the Eastern Circuit of the State aforesaid, sitting in the
County of St. Johns, it was, among other things, ordered, adjudged
and decreed, by the said Court, in a cause then depending in
Chancery between Peter Bennett, administrator of Frances

P. Sanchez, Decd. for the use^Aaron Friedlander, for him=
