S 25 W 11.09 chs more or less to Sanchez Southern boundry being
Three hundred & ninety six 50/100 acres more or less as surveyed by George
Watson on the 18th May, 1852 and three 49/100 acres subsequently added
to complete said four hundred acres.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances therewith belonging or in any wise appertaining
the reversion & reversions, remainder & remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof: And also, all the estate, right, title, interest, property,
possessionn, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To have and to hold all and singular the above described
premises. and every part and parcel thereof with, together with the
appurtenaances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever.
And the said Joseph Lawton & his heirs, the said premises, in
the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns, against the said party of the first part
his heirs and against all and every person and persons, whomsoever
lawfully claiming or claim the same, shall and will warrant
and defend by these presents.
In witness whereof, the said party of the first part
hath herewith set his hand and seal the day and year first

Be it remembered that on this nineteenth
day of May in the year one thousand Eight hundred & fifty-two
before me Henry H. Baker, a Commissioner resident in the
City of Charleston, duly commissioned and qualified by the Executive
authority and under the laws of the state of Florida, to take the
acknowledgements of Deeds &C to be used or recorded therein personally
appeared Wm Waylor attorney in fact for Joseph Lawton and
acknowledged that he did execute the within instrument as
the attorney of said Joseph Lawton for the the purposes expressed
therein.
