                   This Indenture made and entered into in the
2nd day of June 1852 Between J.M. Hendry of the 1st part agent for
East Florida Seminary L.B. Osteen of the 2nd part. Witnesseth that
J.M. Hendry for the Sum of Forty Seven dollars, Whereof he hereby
acknowledges the receipt hereby leases unto L.B. Osteen one acre
lot No. 33 according to Survey of E. Florida Seminary lands for
ninety nine years and his heirs and assigns Shall renew Said
lease unto Said Osteen heirs or assigns at the End of that time
and So on in perpetuity. And Said J.M. Hendry conveys
and Said L.B. Osteen receives the aforesaid premises on this
condition viz that the Said Osteen Shall not vend nor Shall
his heirs or assigns any ardent Spirits upon Said premises
and that on forfeture of Said Condition that land Shall revert
back to last vendor who Shall reEnter thereon and So on in
perpetuity the Said J.M. Hendry will defend & Warrant this
lease unto the Said L.B. Osteen aforesaid.
   Whereunto we Set our hands and Seals this 2nd
day of June A.D. 1852
