George W. Sanchez to Mathew G. Sikes
   Florida Alachua Grant County, This Indenture made and entered into
this 29th of June in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and Fifty two between George W. Sanchez of the State and County above
written of the one part and Mathew G. Sikes of the Same State & County of
the other part. Witnesseth that the Said George W. Sanchez for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One Thousand ($1000) Dollars to him in hand
Paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained granted Sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do bargain grant Sell and convey
unto the Said M.G. Sikes all that Tract or parcel of land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
known in plan of Survey or bounded as follows, beginning in the
North boundary of the Arredonda Grant at a point North 85 East
36.39 Chs from the place where the Western border of the Fernandez
Grant Intersects the N. bor of the Arredonda grant Set post of Red Oak
& thence N.16.25W.43 Chs thence N 23.10W.41.0 Chs more or less
to Hickory post on the Western Bor of Fernandez grant 52.93 Chs
from intersection of Said Bor. with Arredondo N Bo. Hickory S 3/4 E
& thence along West Bor of Fernandez grant  N 25E. 25 Chs & to
Set Hickory post & thence East 44.12 Chs more or less to E. Bor. of
G.W. Sanchez land as Survey to him on the 18th May 1852. Set
light wood post in pararie &c &c thence along Said Sanchez E. Bor.
S.250 W.61.86 Chs more or less and Set Hickory post &c &c thence
S 2 3/4 W 11.30 Chs to N. Bo of Arredondo Grant & Set Water Oak post
&c &c thence along Said N. Bo. of Arredondo grant S.850 W.5 Chs to
Said Sanchez SE thence continued 9.81 Chs further to the place of
beginning Setting off and Ending 200 Acres more or less together
with and Singular the rights and members and Appurtenances there
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the Said Sikes his
heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple, and Said Sanchez for him
Self his heirs Executors and administrators will warrant and
forever defend the writes and Title of Said Bargained premises against
all lawful Claim or Claims unto the Said Sikes his heirs and assigns
to have and to hold Said bargained premises to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof
        In Witness Whereof the Said George W. Sanchez has hereunto Set his
hand and affixed his Seal the day and date above written
