                     Know all men by these presents that we
Bennett M. Dell and Eliza D. Dell his wife of Alachua County
State of Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred
Dollars to me in hand paid have granted bargained Sold and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell & Convey unto Thomas W. Piles of
the County and State above mentioned a certain parcel of Land
Situated about three miles north of Newnansville and described
as follows, the West half of the East half of the North East qr
of Section Thirty four Township Seven Range Eighteen with all the
Appurtenances and all the rights title interest Claim and Demand
of us or Either of us in the Premises; to have and to hold the
Same with the appurtenances unto the Said Thomas W. Piles and
his heirs in fee Simple for ever. And I the said Bennett M.
Dell for myself My heirs do hereby Covenant and agree to and
with the Said Thomas W Piles and his heirs and assigns that I
am now the owner of the Said premises and am Seized of a good
and indefeasible Estate of inheritence therein and that I have
full rights and power to Sell and Convey the Same in fee Simple
absolute that the Said premises are free and clear of all encum-
=brances, that the Said Thomas W. Piles his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have, hold, possess & Enjoy the Same Without any
Suit Molestation or interuption from me my heirs or administrators
lawfully claiming any rights therein and that I the Said Bennett
M. Dell and all persons hereafter Claiming under me will at
any time hereafter, at the request and Expense of the Said Thomas
W. Piles his heirs and assigns make all such further assurances
for the more effectually Conveying of the Said premises with the
aoourtenances unto the Said Thomas W. Piles and heirs and assigns
forever
        In testimony whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and
Seals this twentieth day of March in the Year one thousand Eight
