                                  This indenture made the third day of
          July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty-two
          between George R. Fairbanks of St. Johns County Florida, party of the first
          part and Bennett M.Dell of Alachua County Florida of the second
          part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, in consideration
          of the sum of Four hundred and three dollars and seventy five cents
          to him duly paid before the delivery hereof hath bargained and
          sold and by these presents doth grant and convey to the said party
          of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that
          All that portion of the South half of Section Thirty Five in Township
          Seven, S, Range Eighteen, East.  Which is or may be comprised within
          the lines of the Survey recently made by M.A. Williams Dep5 Survey or
          of the United States of the tract to the heirs of Clark and Atkinson and
          which said quantity is estimated at one hundred and fifty
          five acres and also in all that portion of the North half of section
          Number Two in Township Number Eight South of Range No. Eighteen
          East inclusive within the East half of the NW 14 and the West
          half of the North East 1/4 and estimated to contain including
          fractional portion of the South half of said Section the Quantity of
          one hundred and sixty Eight acres making the aggragate quantity
          of Three hundred and twenty three acres as now estimated
          with the appurtenances, and all the Estate, title and interest
          of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party
          of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said
          party of the second part, that at the time of the the delivery hereof
          the said party of the first part is the lawful owner of the
          premises above grantee, and Seized thereof in fee simple, absolute
          and that he will warrant and defend the above granted premises
          in the quiet and peaceable possession of the of the said party of the
          second party his heirs and assigns forever
                     In witness whereof, the said party of the first part hath
          herewith set his hand and seal the day and year first above weitten.
