                             This indenture made this second day of
          July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Fifty two
          between George R. Fairbanks of the city of St. Augustine Florida party of the
          first part and Asa A. Stewart of Columbia County Florida party of the
          second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
          in consideration of the sum of One hundred & fifty dollars to him in
          hand duly given before the delivery hereof, hath bargined and sold and
          by these presents doth grant and convey to the party of the second
          part and his heirs and assigns forever, all those three certain parcels
          of land situate in the county of Alachua & State of Florida known
          and described as follows to wit- the North West Quarter of the North
          West quarter and the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter
          and the South East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section
          Thirty three in Township Seven South of Range Eighteen East
          containing one hundred & twenty acres, more or less and being
          the same lands entered by Fernando Lowe decsd at the land office
          in St. Augustine and which fall within the lines of the Clark
          Atkinson grant on Rays Trail and which have been relinquished
          from such entries in consequence thereof with the appurtenances
          and all of the estate, title and interest, of the said party of the first

          part therein.  And the said paty of the second part doth
          hereby covenant and agree with the said party of the second
          part, that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said party
          of the first part is lawful owner of the premises above
