                Personally appeared before me the Subscriber
Clerk of the Circuit Court within and for the County and State
aforesaid George W. Sanchez administrator of Francis R. Sanchez
decsd the Grantor of the foregoing Deed and acknowledged that he has
executed the Same for the purposes therein mentioned

            Know all men by these presents that we Louisa Jane
Hancock and Shadrick Hancock of Columbia County and State of
Florida, for and in consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred Dollars
to us in hand paid at and before the delivery of these presents, by
William B. Wimberly of Alachua County and State aforesaid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, and
forever quit claimed and do by these present remise, release, and
forever quit claim unto the Said William B. Wimberly his heirs and
assigns two certain tracts or parcels of land Situated in the County
of Alachua aforesaid and Known in the Land Office at Newnansville
Fla as the South East qr of the North West Qr and South West Qr of the
North East Qr of Section (21) Twenty One in Township (7) Seven South
of Range (18) Eighteen East.
             To have and to hold the Said described premises together 
with all and Singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
to the Said William B. Wimberly his heirs and assigns, to his and
their Sole use and behoof forever; So that we neither we nor
the Said Louisa Jane and Shadrick Hancock, nor our heirs
executors or administrators nor any person or persons claiming
from through or by us or them or Either of us or them shall have any claim
Whatever to the Said premises
         In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and Seals
this 12th day of March A.D. 1852           }
