                Know all men by these presents that I George
R. Fairbanks of St Johns County do hereby in consideration of
the convienance of the respective parties do hereby authorize and empower
Moses E. Levy to release any and all lands of which he hath or may
make Conveyance of and from all lein & Equity of Mortgage by Virtue
of the Mortgage Executed by Said Levy to me on the 20th July 1844
in the Same manner & to Same extent which I might or could
do.       Witness my hand & Seal this 22nd April 1852
