                          Be it known that on this day before me a Com
missioner Appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida & duly qualified
to take acknowledgments of Deeds & in New York to be used in said State
of Florida Personally Appeared Eugene Van Ness and Charles W. Brush who
Acknowledged that they had executed the Within and for the Purposes 
therein mentioned.
              And Certify that I am Personally well acquainted with the
parties making this acknowledgment and Know them to be the
individuals described in and who executed the Said Deed
