                                    Know all men by these presents that we
          John W. Pearson and Sarah his wife, of the county of Marion & State aforesaid
          for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred dollars to us in
          hand paid, have granted, bargained, sold and by these presents do grant
          bargain, sell and convey unto Saml R. Piles of the County of Alachua
          and State aforesaid all those certain lots or parcels of land situated
          in the town of Newnansville, County ahd State aforesaid and described
          as follows, Viz Lot number Six of Block No Six Range number
          one and lots NOs. one, Four, Five, Six, Seven & Eight of Block
          No Three of Range No Two(as per plat of Town of Newnansville) with
          all the appurtenances and all the right, title, interest, claim and
          demand of us or Either of us in the premises; To have and to hold
          the same with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel R. Piles and
          his heirs in fee simple forever.
                 And I the said John W. Pearson for myself and my heirs
          do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Samuel R. Piles and
          his heirs and assigns, that I am now the owner of the said premises
          and am seized of a good and in defeaseable reght of inheritance
          and that I have full right and power to Sell and Convey the same
          in fee simple absolute; that the said premises are free and clear
          from all encumberances; that the said Samuel R. Piles his heirs and
          assigns may forafter have, hold, possess and enjoy the same
          without any Suit, molestation or interuption by any person whatever
          Lawfully claiming any rights therein; and that I the said John W.
          Pearson and all persons hereafter claiming after me. will at any
          time hereafter at the request and expense of the said Samuel
          R. Piles his heirs and assigns make all such further assurances
          for the more effectual conveying of the said premises with the
          appurtenances as will be reasonably required of him or them
                  And that-I the said John W. Pearson and my heirs will
          warrant and defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto
          the said Saml R. Piles and his heirs and assigns forever.

                        In testimony whereof we have hereto set our hands
          and Seals this 18th day of August in the year of our Lord one
          thousand Eight hundred and fifty-one.
