County of Marion    }    Know all men by these Presents that Sarah M.
Pearson for and in consideration of the Provisions of the herinbefore recited
Indenture and also Sum of Seven Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid
do hereby Renounce release and relinquish unto the Said Saml R. Piles
all my right claim an Equity of Dower in and to the Premises
described in the aforesaid Indenture as fully as I could or might do
the Same
         Witness my hand and Seal this 18th day of August 1851

Sarah M. Pearson to me well known and acknowledges that She
executed the foregoing indenture and the above relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower freely and Voluntarily and without
any Compulsion, constraint, Apprehension or fear from her
Said Husband,  And I Certify that Such Acknowledgment and
Declaration was made Seperately and apart from her Said husband
              Given under my hand & Seal this 18th August 1851
