County of Alachua }  Know all Men by these presents that we Samuel
Piles and Ann L. his Wife of the County of Alachua & State aforesaid
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred Dollars to us
in hand paid, have granted, bargained, Sold, and by these presents
doth grant bargain Sell and Convey unto Lewis G. Piles of the County
of Alachua and State aforesaid all these certain lots or grants of
Land Situate in the Town of Newnansville County & State aforesaid
and described as follows Viz Lot No Six of Block No 6, Range No One 
and lots Nos,, One, four, five, Six, Seven & Eight of Block No 3 Range 
No Two, as per Plat of the Town of Newnansville, with all the
Appurtenances, and all the right, title, interest, Claims & demand of us
or Either of us, in the premises: To have & to hold the Same, with the
Appurtenances unto the Said Lewis G. Piles and his heirs in fee Simple
forever.
         And I the Said Saml R. Piles for myself & my heirs do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the Said Lewis G. Piles and his heirs
and assigns that I am now the owner of the Said Premsises, and
Am Seized of a good and indefeasible Estate of inheritance therein
and that I have full right and Power to Sell and Convey the Same
in fee Simple absolute; that the Said premsises are free and Clear
from all encumbrances; that the Said Lewis G. Piles his heirs
and assigns may forever hereafter, have hold possess & Enjoy the
Same, Without any Suit Molestation or interruption by any person
whatever Lawfully Claiming any right therein, And that I the
Said Saml R. Piles and all persons hereafter Claiming under me
Will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the said
Lewis G. Piles his heirs and assigns, make all such further assu-
-rances for the more effectual Conveying of the Said premises, with
the appurtenances as will be reasonably required of him or them
             And that I the Said Saml R. Piles and my heirs, Will
Warrant and defend the Said Premises, with the appurtenances
unto the Said Lewis G. Piles and his heirs and assigns, forever
          In testimony whereof we have hereunto Set our
hands & Seals this 22d day of March in the Year of Our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Fifty Two
