                     Know all men by these presents that I Ann L.
Pyles for and in Consideration of the provisions of the hereinbefore recited
Indenture and also the Sum of Seven Hundred Dollars to me in hand
Paid do hereby renounce, release and relinquish unto the Said Lewis
G. Piles all my right, claim or equity of Dower in and to the premises
described in the aforesaid Indenture as fully as I could or might
do the Same

                     Personally appeared before me Ann L. Pyles
to me well Known and acknowledges that She executed the foregoing
indenture and the above relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
freely and voluntarily and without any Compulsive, Constraint
Apprehension or fear of or from her Said husband.  And I
Certify that Such Acknowledgemnt and Declaration was Made
Seperately And apart from her said Husband
