                             Know all men by these presents that- I John Wiggins
          of the county of Alachua and State of Florida in consideration of the natural
          love and affection which I have and bear for my children James Sherouse,
          Caroline Wiggins, Perry Wiggins, George Wiggins, Burrell Wiggins, Oscar
          Wiggins and Benjanin Wiggins  and also for various other good Causes
          and consideration Me the said John Wiggins hereunto moving have
          given, granted and confirmed and by these presents do give, grant and
          confirm unto the said James Sherouse, Caroline Wiggins, Perry Wiggins,
          George Wiggins, Burrell Wiggins, Oscar Wiggins and Benjanin Wiggins
          all and singular  my goods, chattles, leases and personal Estate what-
          soever in whose hands, custody or possession soever they be consisting
          in part of Negro woman Lucy Horses, Hogs &c &c - To have, hold and
          enjoy, all singular the goods, chattles and personal Estate aforesaid
          unto the said James Sherouse, Caroline, Perry, George, Burrell,
          Oscar & Benjanin Wiggins their executors, administrators and assigns
          to their only proper use and benefit and behoof of the said James
          Sherouse, Caroline, Perry, George, Burrell, Oscar & Benjanin Wiggins
          their executors and assigns forever.
                          And I the said John Wiggins all and singular the
          said goods and chattles, personal Estate and other premises to the
          said John Wiggins their excutors, adminisrators and assigns
          against me the said James Sherouse, Caroline, Perry, George, Burrell,
          Oscar & Benjanin Wiggins My executors and administrators and all
          and every other persons and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
          and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said
          goods, chattles, personal Estate and other premises, I, the said
          John Wiggins have  put the said James Sherouse, Caroline, Perry,
          George, Burrell, Oscar, and Benjanin Wiggins in full possession by
          delivering to them the Negro Norman Lucy at the time of the Sealing
          and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises
          hereby granted.
                     In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
          this day of 16th August, AD 1851

          said county, James H. Smith, who being sworn according to Law Says he was
          himself called upon to witness the forgoing and that Wm S. Perry & himself signed the
          same in the presence of each other and that he saw the said John Wiggins
          Sign, Seal, & deliver the foring deed of gift for the purposes therin mentioned
