1849, *** proceedings of Bush Et all vs Prall et al in the Clerks
office in the county of Alachua, State of Florida.
Together with all and singular the tenaments, Hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion & reversions, remainder & remainders, Rents, issues,
and profits thereof, and also all Estate, right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part, of in, or to the above descibed
premises and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, And
the said parties of the first psrt & their heirs and assigns the
said premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns: against the said
paarties of the first part their heirs, and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same. Shall & will warrant and by these presents ever
defend.

Be it known that on this 23rd day April AD
1851 before me a Commissioner appointed by the Govenor of Florida to take
acknowledgement of Deeds &C in the City of New York to be used in the said State
of Florida and duly qualified personally appeared Lititia Fanshaw, Anna E. Cochran
and John Cochran, who severally acknowledge that they had executed the foregoing
deed for the purposes therein mentioned and on the 24th day of May 1851 also
personally appeared before me Anabella Cochran, Elizebeth Cochran and Mary Jane
Cochran who also severally acknowdledged that they had executed the foregoing
Deed for the purposes therein mentioned, and at the same time personally
came Charles W. Brush to me known, who being duly sworn according
to law, declared that he knew the grantees making the said acknow-
ledgements and that they were the same described in and who
executed the said Deed.
