This Indenture Know all men by these presents
that I Lewis G. Piles of the county of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid, have granted, bargained, sold and by these
presents do grant, bargin, sell and convey unto James Gadsden
Dell of the aforesaid County and State all these certain Lots or parcels
of land situate lying and being in the Town of Newnansville, County
of Alachua and State of Florida and described as follows (Is
being a portion of Lots No 4&5 of Block No. 3 of Range
No. Two as Per plan of the Town Newnansville) and bounded
as follows Lot no. 3, commencing at a stake one hundred & five
feet South from the North East corner of Block No. Three, Range
No. Two and running South (52 1/2) Fifty two & one half feet, West
one hundred and five feet, thence North fifty Two & one half feet
thence East on hundred & five feet to the place of beginning
Lot No. Six(6) beginning at a stake one hundred and
five feet, North from the South East Corner of Block No. Three
(3) of Range No. Two and running North Fifty-two and
one half feet (52 1/2), thence West one hundred & fifty feet(105),
thence South fifty-two & one half (52 1/2), thence East to the
one hundred & five feet to the place of the beginning, with
all the appurtenances, and all my right, title, interest, claim
and demand of in or to the premises, To have & to Hold
the same with the appurtenances, unto the said James G.
Dell and his heirs in fee simple forever, and that I the
said Lewis G. Piles for myself and my heirs do hereby
