Know all men by these presents that I, Geo R. Fairbanks of
        St Johns County Florida, in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars
        to me in hand paid by Charles L. Wilson of Alachua Co do hereby
        release and discharge to said Charles L. Wilson all claims and 
        demands of in and to that certain tract of land known as Lot
        19 Township 9 Range 19 of the Arredondo Grant, by virtue of
        a certain mortgage executed by Chas L. Wilson & wife to me
        on the 11th May, 1849 & recorded on the 9th day of October 1849
        in the records of Alachua County
