                              Personally appeared before me Lydia
          Wilson to me well known and acknowledged that she had execu-
          ted the foregoing Indenture, and the above relinquisthment and renun
          ciation of Dower, freely and voluntarily, and without any compul-
          tion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
          and I certify that such acknowledgement and declaration now 
          made , separately and apart from her said husband

                             This Indenture made on the twenty first day
          of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
          fifty-two, between R.S. Stoughton of the one part & G.W. Means of the
          other part of the County & State aforesaid & of the town of Micanopy
          Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars
          to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof
          the said R.S. Stoughton hath bargined, sold, conveyed, & confirmed
          unto the said G.W. Means his heirs and assigns & by these presents
          doth so bargin, sell, convey and confirm a certain parcel of land
          or town lot in the Town of Micanopy, known and described as
          follows, viz, Beginning at the South East corned of the Town owned
          by M.E. Levy & G.R. Fairbanks and running due North one hun-
          dred and five feet, from thence due East fifty-two & a half feet,
          from thence due South, one hundred and five feet, and from thence
          due west fifty-two and a half feet, & joining the lot of M.E. Levy,
          & G.R. Fairbanks at its South eastern corner & containing one eighth
          of an acre.  And the said grantor sells the same & the said
          grantee receives the same on the condition following that is to say, the
          said grantee his heirs and assigns in purpetuity Shall not vend
          on said premises any ardent spirits in quantites less than five gallons.
          & they mutually agree that on violation of said condition said premises
          shall revert to the grantor & his heirs.
                                        To have and to hold said premises with the
          houses & improvements thereon unto the said G.W. Means his heirs &
          assigns forever(subject to the condidtions herein above written) and
          the said R.L. Stoughton for himself, his heirs, executors and adminis-
          traters doth covenant with the said G.W. Means his heirs, executors & 
          administrators that he is lawfully seized in fee of the afore granted
          premises that he hath good right to sell and convey the same unto the
          said G.W. Means as aforesaid; that they are free from all encum-
