This Indenture made this first day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two; between George Sanchez admin
istrator of the of Estate of Francis R. Sanchez, late of Alachua County, State of
Florida, deceased, of the first part, withnesseth, that whereas by virtue of
an order of the Judge of Probate in and for the County of Alachua, State
of Florida dated the Twenty-eight day of January, in the year Eighteen
hundred and fifty two: the said George W. Sanchez Administrator as
aforesaid was authorized and empowered to sell the real Estate, which
was of the said Francis R. Sanchez in his life time, and whereas
the said George W. Sanchez Administrator as aforesaid having given
the notice required by law in cases of the sale of the real estate
of intestates, did on this day offers for sale in front of the Court House
door in the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and State of
Florida the following described property, being part of the real estate of
the said Francis R. Sanchez, deceased, to wit Lots Number five(5),
six(6), seven(7) and Eight(8) in Block Number three(3) of Range
Number three(3) of the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and
state of Florida [as per plat of said Town on file in the office
of the Judge of Probatee for said County. And whereas the said Sam-
uel W. Burnett became and was the highest and last bidder at said
sale for the above described property at the sum of one hundred dollars.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I George W. Sanchez,
Administrator as aforesaid, by virture of the authority vested in me by the aforesaid
order of the Judge of Probate in and for the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars, to me in hand paid
by the said Samuel Burnett at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, bargain, Sell, remise
release and confirm unto said the said Samuel W. Burnett the following described tracts
or parcels of land, to wit, Lots Number five(5), Six(6), seven(7) and eight(8)
in Block Number three(3) of Range Number three(3) of the Town of Newnans
ville, county of Alachua and State of Florida; together with all and singular the
tenments, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, To Have and Hold the aforegranted premises unto the said
Samuel W. Burnett, his heirs and assigns forever. And I, the said George W.
Sanchez, Administrator as aforesaid, do covenant to and with the said Samuel W.
Burnett, his heirs and assigns, that in the sales of the above premises I have com
plied with and observed all the rules, directions and requirements of the law, in
regard to selling the real estate of Intestates, In Witness whereof I, the said George W.
Sanchez have administrator as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and seal, the
day and year first above written.

George W. Sanchez: and that George L. Brown was also subscribing witness to the same
Sworn to and subscribed before me this M. Obren
