Know all men by these presents that I Robert R. Davis of the
          county of Alachua and State of Florida, for and consideration of
          the sum of one hundred and seventy five dollars to me in hand
          paid by Eli Futch of the County of Columbia, and State of Florida,
          the receipt whereof at and before the sealing and delivery of these
          presents is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold
          and conveyed, and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey
          unto the said Eli Futch, that certain tract or parcel of land
          lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
          and known and described on the plats of United States surveys
          as follows, to wit, the South East quarter of the South East quarter
          of Section Seventeen, and the North East quarter of the North
          East quarter of section Twenty, in Township Seven South, Range
          Twenty East, with all the appurtenances, and all the right,
          title, interest, claim and demand of me the said Robert R. Davis
          in and to the premises, to have and hold the same with the appurte-
          nances unto the said Eli Futch, hia heirs and assigns forever
          in fee simple, and I the said Robert R. Davis for my self and
          my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Eli
          Futch abd his heirs and assigns, that I am now the owner of 
          the said premises, and am seized of a good indefeaseible estate
          of inheritance therein: and that I have full right and power
          to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute: that the
          said premises are free and clear from all encumbrances: that
          the said Eli Futch may forever hereafter have, hold, use, pos-
          sess, occupy and enjoy the same, without any suit, molestation or
          interruption by any person whatever lawfully claiming any right therein
          and that I the said Robert R. Davis and all persons hereafter claiming
          under me will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the
          said Eli Futch his heirs and assigns make all such further
          assurances at or the same effectual conveying of the said premises
          with the appurtenances as may be reasonably required by him or them
          and I the said Robert R. Davis and my heirs will warrant and  
          defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto the said 
          Eli Futch his heirs and assigns forever.
                In witness whereof I the said Robert R. Davis have hereunto
          set my hand and seal the fourth day of September in the year
          of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.
